Meet YMCA of Delaware.
They’ve been partnering with Dude Solutions for more than a decade, and they’ve seen some serious savings from centralizing their operations. The man behind their Dude Solutions products and success is Christopher Ryan, Group Vice President, Buildings and Properties.
YMCA of Delaware has used our software to help organize their operations, create new efficiencies, and save on costs with improved programs for preventive maintenance, energy management and more.
Here are some of the benefits they’ve seen:
More than $1.5 million in operations savings
$263,000 under budget on facilities operating expenses (in 2017)
26% reduction in energy costs (2018 vs. 2008)
10% reduction in total electric use (from 2010-2016)

“Every year this organization has completed more work requests and been far more productive than the prior year,” Chris says. In fact, in 2017, 96% of their corrective work orders (those submitted by staff) were completed on time, which ranks in the top 2% of best performing YMCAs in the world.
Chris also pulls data through reporting throughout the year to create a 25+ page annual report that informs others throughout the organization about his department’s critical work.
