In our school district we use FS Direct to schedule spaces within buildings for all after hours events as well as non educational uses that go on during the day time. ie meetings, guest speakers, and other non school related events. Many times people requesting these spaces are also asking for additional technology to be available such as a microphone, video projector and large screen, conference telephone etc. The issue we have is that our building level techs are responsible for getting those types of requests setup but they do not use FS Direct. We would love to have a way for FS Direct to automatically create Incident request instead of someone having to sign in to FSD, then search the schedule ID then click create Incident, then change the requester, then assign the incident to the technician. That is just too many steps.
