I am setup to receive the New Wok Order Notification from within Maintenance Direct. I am trying to find a way to filter calls based on type, step 3 of the work order creation process. I would think that this is important enough to be included in the body of the email. The end goal is to forward any call relating to air conditioning and heating calls to a cell phone as a text message. This would be hard to do if I had to rely only on the text that was input by the requestor.
