(Duplicate) Email Notification on FS schedule creation

Thanks for contacting us with your idea! The great news is that there are currently functions within the product to achieve what you are asking.

If you want to be notified a certain number of days before an event date, you can put the schedule in Approved Status, Pending State. Then in your "Account Settings" you can set the Pending Notification to the number of days before the event date you would like to be notified that the schedule is in pending state. Approved Pending schedules will still flag for conflict on the calendar, as well!

Regarding the task notifications - we recommend that in your "Account Settings" the Email Event Notification is set to the number of days before the event the service providers need to be informed about task notifications. This will ensure that your service providers are notified and aware of the setup tasks with enough time to complete them before the events.
