Hi Christine- it looks like you have the Notify Site Administrator of Schedule Activation email checked, so that does cause them to get a notification for any schedule at their location.

If you un-check that option, they'll only get the following notifications:
-Schedules routed to them for approval
-Cancelled, Declined, Schedules,
-Cancelled events.
