(Duplicate) FSDirect Work Order Navigation

Hi Carrie!

If you generate a Work Order from an FSDirect task, the first place it will always show is on the home page in that upcoming events section, as you mentioned.

However, if on that same Work Order there are transactions added, whether its a Labor transaction or Purchase transaction, a link to the Work Order ID will populate on the schedule form itself towards the bottom of that screen in FSDirect. That section is labeled Work Order Costs, and will include a direct hyperlink to the Work Order ID itself.
