I love how you're using the Area Number field to identify employees receiving the uniform.

Have you tried using the Issue Detail Report to Excel? That one looks like it has most of the fields the Request Search does, and it also includes the Area Number in the results. I hope that helps with this specific scenario.

I think one of the complexities in this reporting scenario is the fields are two different types. The Item Number is a singular record, the Request ID could be associated with that Item Number multiple times.

If you show certain fields for every Request ID, then it can become confusing or not make sense...on hand quantity for example.

If you have multiple Request IDs, and include the Quantity On Hand for each row, when you sum the on-hand quantity it wouldn't be accurate.

That being said, you'd like some better reporting options and gave us a great scenario to illustrate what you're looking for. Thank you!
