The system should "archive" incidences at the start of every fiscal year. They can be included in Reports but excluded when you want to change Problem Types and make other administrative changes.

I'd like to see the community be able to add a set up & breakdown time to their requests. Currently they can make a reservation but it doesn't distinguish between when the event actually starts and end vs. when set up and breakdown are.

It would be very helpful to have the option of selecting a budget code when creating a piece of equipment in the system. Then when the equipment is selected on a work order, the budget code would automatically fill in.

For some reason, if you want to cancel a work order you have to choose to say "void, or defered" when there should be a clear "cancelled" option if that is in fact what you are doing. Thanks!

Make the assigned_to function automatically default to the most recent assignee to keep the category from falling into a empty or blank field.
