The system should "archive" incidences at the start of every fiscal year. They can be included in Reports but excluded when you want to change Problem Types and make other administrative changes.
I'd like to see the community be able to add a set up & breakdown time to their requests. Currently they can make a reservation but it doesn't distinguish between when the event actually starts and end vs. when set up and breakdown are.

It would be helpful for requestors to see descriptors under the Craft when creating work orders allowing them to make the right choice. While many of the craft choices are self explanatory, Some are not.
For some reason, if you want to cancel a work order you have to choose to say "void, or defered" when there should be a clear "cancelled" option if that is in fact what you are doing. Thanks!

TripDirect - When a requester does not specify the number of vehicles under the Transportation Type header, the system currently defaults to 0. Default number should be 1.
Make the assigned_to function automatically default to the most recent assignee to keep the category from falling into a empty or blank field.
