I joined the SchoolDude family in 2008 as a member of the Client Services team conducting trainings and supporting clients. Today, I proudly serve as Help Content Developer on the Success Operations team. My main expertise is creating new help documents, online guides and manuals, and short "how to" videos for all of our solutions. My goal in creating these materials is to help our clients be as successful as possible with our wonderful set of applications. When I'm not working, I'm busy chasing around my two young sons who keep my life full of love, fun, and craziness!
Turnover is a reality we all have to deal with in our professional lives. Our Client Success Team hears it every day, "I'm new here and not really sure if I'm doing everything right..."
So, in keeping with our Q1 theme of Change Management, we'd like to make sure you're aware of resources available when there are personnel changes on your operations team. First and foremost, your SchoolDude partnership entitles you to ongoing support and training for all of your primary users and solutions at no additional cost. Please call/email/chat with us, we love to hear from you!
We also have a team dedicated to creating the best self help content possible to provide overviews for new hires, get experienced users up to speed on advanced features, and empower your team to learn more about SchoolDude at their convenience. And don't forget our new SuccessPlus services which can provide that extra help some need with: Onsite Training, Turn-key PM Program setup, and Custom Report Building.
