I joined the SchoolDude family in 2008 as a member of the Client Services team conducting trainings and supporting clients. Today, I proudly serve as Help Content Developer on the Success Operations team. My main expertise is creating new help documents, online guides and manuals, and short "how to" videos for all of our solutions. My goal in creating these materials is to help our clients be as successful as possible with our wonderful set of applications. When I'm not working, I'm busy chasing around my two young sons who keep my life full of love, fun, and craziness!
One of the common things we hear on the road - in fact we heard it again last week at the Northern New England Facilities Masters Conference - is "I'm new here, and have never received any type of formal SchoolDude training. I don't know what all the program can do, just what I need to do to process work..."
So, in keeping with our Q1 theme of Change Management, we'd like to make sure you're aware of the available resources when there are personnel changes on your operations team.
First, it's important to know, your SchoolDude partnership entitles you to ongoing support and training for all of your primary users and solutions at no additional cost. It's included in your annual subscription. That means when you have a new employee, they can call/email/chat with our Legendary Support Team for help with any technical questions, or request a training session with one of our Client Advisors. Virtual group training sessions or one-on-one sessions are options depending on the needs of the user.
Second, while we love hearing from you, we realize there are times when you're not able to call, or set aside valuable time in your day for a training session. So we have a team dedicated to creating the best self help content possible to provide overviews for new hires, get experienced users up to speed on advanced features, and empower your team to learn more about SchoolDude at their convenience.
Third, in response to client demand, we introduced a new line of SuccessPlus services last year that include: Onsite Training, Turn-key PM Program setup, and Custom Report Building. We've had tremendous success with virtual training and help resources. But there are times when a client needs a little extra help to get their solutions going or when a new hire comes in and wants to work with one of our Client Advisers onsite.

In MaintenanceDirect you can access help content by going to the MyDude tab, and selecting Product Support or Maintenance Central.
