After 2 days on-site with Clear Creek Amana CSD in Iowa, the district's facility usage and maintenance departments are ready for district-wide roll-out to requesters to streamline work flow, increase coordination and save the district time.

Their excitement for SchoolDude’s facility usage and maintenance solutions, including FSDirectCommunityUse, and MaintenanceDirect, were truly contagious. Most of our time together was spent strategizing for the upcoming roll-out of FSDirect for facility scheduling and CommunityUse to allow the community to request facility space after-hours as well as organizing the roll-out of the maintenance solutions to ensure the maintenance staff learned their roles and understood the automatic routing of work orders and receiving text notifications to complete work on the road.

On their second day back to work after summer break, Rockaway Township began training on SchoolDude's MaintenanceDirect and FSDirect to ensure their process was streamlined for the start of the new school year. I trained them on event scheduling and the importance of the shared calendar for coordination and risk management.
