After 2 days on-site with Clear Creek Amana CSD in Iowa, the district's facility usage and maintenance departments are ready for district-wide roll-out to requesters to streamline work flow, increase coordination and save the district time.

Their excitement for SchoolDude’s facility usage and maintenance solutions, including FSDirectCommunityUse, and MaintenanceDirect, were truly contagious. Most of our time together was spent strategizing for the upcoming roll-out of FSDirect for facility scheduling and CommunityUse to allow the community to request facility space after-hours as well as organizing the roll-out of the maintenance solutions to ensure the maintenance staff learned their roles and understood the automatic routing of work orders and receiving text notifications to complete work on the road.

With the holiday season in full swing, the GoodDude wanted to embody the spirit of the season and give back to those less fortunate. This year, the SchoolDude and FacilityDude teams provided clothing and toys to 175 children in the triangle, through the Salvation Army’s Angel tree program! We hope that our efforts will give these children the Christmas and holiday season they have always dreamed.
