I have an issue with the Advanced Search printing, the dates are incorrect if changes have been made to the schedule.
For example, if I have a normal schedule and I canceled one of the Event Dates, when I search for that event using Advanced Search, it does not show that date in the search results which is correct. However, when I click on "Print This!", the date suddenly appears in the PDF version! We will need this printed version for hard copy schedule purposes to provide to requesters during invoicing periods, therefore, where money is concerned, it must be correct. This is correct, when you go into the schedule, you can also see that one of the Event Dates (26/4/2014) has been canceled:
Now, after clicking on "Print This!" on the Advanced Search results page, it shows the canceled date:
How can we create a report with specific filters (most importantly Organization Contact Name) to only show Active Dates and not include any Canceled Dates? Even though the above printed report shows "No of Events" as 2, why must it still show the Canceled Date?
