I have created a custom report. I have a formula in place for Excel which will calculate the amount of time it took to complete a ticket exclusive of non-work hours and weekends. In the downloaded report, I change the formatting of the "Created Date" and the "Actual Completion Date" so that they actually display the date and the hours/minutes, but quite a few of the tickets have no time at all in the "Actual Completion Date" field, while other tickets have the time. Is this just a random bug? I can pretty well guess at the time that the ticket was completed but would prefer not to guess. Thank you.
