A few weeks ago we pulled the trigger on Single Sign On to SchoolDude via Google and overall it's been great. We've had several users (3 so far) who have reported problems with the SSO not working. In some cases it just forwards to a blank page and "hangs" there, in others it asks for the organizational unit number, but then hangs after entering it.
In some cases we can login with a different browser (FireFox instead of Chrome) and it works, but sometimes that doesn't work either.
What can we do to fix this? Is it a SchoolDude issue, a local browser cache issue, or something else?
