Our University IT department has recently moved us to a single sign on user name and password. So now we have to use our University login information to access Schooldude applications. We are a ResLife Maintenance team and this move has created issues with generic user accounts we have for our Resident Directors and other student postions, we can no longer use these generic account. So this is really going to impact our summer work flow and approval routing. Looking for any other ResLife teams out there that have faced this issue and solutions they've come up with.
