My issue is this, another tech answered a incident for me and in it he indicated he changed a password on a certain program for the requester. When I returned to work I had no way of knowing this happened (the changed password) as i can not "see" incidents completed by others. This caused me a lot of unnecessary work as i couldn't get into the program, (password changed).
How can this be avoided so that one can see incidents completed while they were on vacation?
