Is there anything in the works to update the Problem Types in ITDirect to meet the ever changing technology needs?
There are some options on their that can be removed, in my opinion, and one REALLY NEEDS TO BE ADDED - CHROMEBOOK.
Our district, as many districts, are exploring a 1:1 option utilitizing Chromebooks. Our issue is that since the buildings still have laptops in them, it is imperative to have something to separate the two systems. Especially since we are piloting them in two grade levels. It would be so much easier to pull a report if the CHROMEBOOK problem type was an option.
