I am wondering if there is a way to filter and have templates for schedule bookings. Some of our users are asking about creating room selection templates, so that each time they want to schedule an event that uses the exact same routine rooms, they could easily make the selection instead of having to search and scroll through a large number of rooms.
I have our SchoolDude already organized into Areas, but each room can ONLY be assigned to one Area, which I find is a great disadvantage. One example of our case is, I've created an Area called "Performing Arts Rooms" which includes all of our school's performing arts facilities. A teacher would like to make his routine selections of concert halls and hallways, but it does not include all of the rooms in the "Performing Arts Rooms" Area. Each time, the teacher has to scroll through to search and select 10-15 rooms. Is there a method to have room selection templates? Similarly to the Advanced Search's "Saved Searches". That would be of great help for our users in increasing their efficiency to create schedule bookings.
