Good Morning/Afternoon everyone. My name is Scott Lockwood. We just got SchoolDude into my school district and it's working very well. I have a lot of people who think it's a waste of time, but they'll come around.
The question I have to ask may not be a simple one. We have a new supervisor, and she is a micromanager. This is something that is really hitting the IT guys hard. She wants access to SchoolDude, what Role can I give her that will allow her to only see the tickets and not interact. I've read up on all of them, but I can't get a feel for which one fits.
