I'm not sure where to ask this since it is not specific to IT Direct, but that is the module I am using so I'll start here. I am trying to change my SchoolDude password and I keep getting a message about the password not meeting the requirements set by Schooldude. I have tried several combinations of letters and characters (incl. capital, lowercase, numbers, special characters) and nothing works. Can someone provide me with the exact requirements? Am I going about this the wrong way?
