We have a newly promoted lead who is listed as a "supervisor I" in Maintenance Direct, but so far he is only able to see work orders assigned to him. His user profile is the same as two of our other leads (both designated as "supervisor I") who are able to see/assign/print work orders. He has no one who reports directly to him, but neither do the other two. Why can't he access or even see the work orders?
