Whenever we have an event outside of school hours, we require a custodian and security guard to be present. Is there a way to assign people to events in FS Direct? We want to be able to go back to an event schedule to see who worked to document hours outside of the regular school day. We have a set-up requirements section where requestors can check if security and custodians are needed. I would like to check the boxes and make it mandatory for our head of security and head of custodians to get a notification to go in and fill out the names. Is this possible?
