I would like to run a regular report to determine the overall productivity of my Maintenance Department. I have 17 technicians who are paid to accomplish work orders for 8 hours each day. Is there a simple way of producing a report that will help us with time management and accountability by showing that each technician recorded 8 hours each day against work orders? I would also need to account for leave time and the total number of work days in a given week/month. It is important that if I set a department goal of 90% productivity for instance, I can then measure the total hours recorded by the technicians in MD to see where we’re at. Any ideas are appreciated.
