Our team and myself (administrator) have been a heavy Dude mobile app user for the past year (original 1.0 app). I have just upgraded our account to the new app and before rolling it out to the team need to ask few questions as an admin:
Under "My Team's Work Orders" upon opening it shows all the teams completed work orders, however it seems to start at the oldest first with no way to show the newest open work orders first. Any way to be able to show ascending/descending order? Currently since October of last year we have thousands of work orders completed and to scroll to the bottom takes a fair amount of time. Also I don't see all of our open work orders currently on this list. This list only shows 5 open work orders but if I look in the old app we still have 29.
It would also be beneficial to have a refine button to sort these into "open", "complete", "sort by team member", etc. Even better would be on the home screen of the app on the lists of lists for admins to have additional categories for "My Team's Open Work Orders", "My Team's Finished Work Order" instead of putting them all under "My Team's Work Orders".
A few suggestions as well for future updates for the app:
-instead of "search by work order ID", have a keyword search. I don't normally use or know the work order ID but if I need to search for a certain keyword such as "bus 14", "dishwasher", etc it would be nice to pull up all work orders previously entered with those particular term.
-have ability for the technician when closing out a work order to be able to enter parts cost as a category. I would really love to incorporate that into our routine and reporting but having to go back into the PC version and enter that manually each time is quite labor intensive
-have the ability to assign one work order to multiple users instead of manually entering additional labor time through the PC version. I've started making multiple work orders for a work order that multiple techs work on, this is very labor intensive as well.
