We are having a problem tracking the time of the technicians that work on the same work order in the WorkCenter App. The technician that the work order is assigned to will give the other technicians the work order number and they will search the number and it will come up and it will track their time. However, the technician cannot pause the work order, and when the technician closes the app the work order leaves their "My Open Work Orders." and they have to re-enter the work order number when they come back to the job. Any suggestion?
