Since the Project Templates are not accessible to by Requesters to create the project incidents for the IT department to act upon, I am creating a Questionnaire in the Accounts/New for our HR department. I created one questionnaire with a group of questions for New Hire. I would like to create another questionnaire in the same problem type with different questions to differentiate from the first questionnaire, but it appears that I can only have one questionnaire per problem type?
Also, is it possible to limit the access to a problem type to one requester, such as limiting Account/New to our HR person? Thank you.
