We currently have two iPads setup at out HelpDesk for users that have IT issues. When they walk in, they create a ticket on "Incident" before speaking with a technician. Unfortunately, the majority of the time, the user gives up creating the ticket because it is asking more information than they're willing to stand around filling out. We would like to see if there are any simpler options available or maybe an API that our web developers could use to create a webpage with a simple form for the user to fill out to create a basic ticket.
