Employees are donating their time both individually and as part of a group to organizations across Raleigh-Durham and local to the company’s regional offices in Toronto and Seattle.

The Volunteer Week initiative is part of the company’s one percent mission, where employees are encouraged to dedicate one percent of their time each year to volunteering. All employees are given complimentary time off per year to donate their time to a local organization of their choice in support of this endeavor.

“Our Good Dude program was created to support local organizations, and the 1,500 hours pledged during Volunteer Week is a testament to our company’s culture of giving back,” said Ed Roshitsh, CEO, Dude Solutions. “From Habitat for Humanity of Wake County to the Ronald McDonald House and Brown Bag Ministries, our company has banded together to donate their time to organizations that do so much for the community.”
