Here at Dude Solutions, we recently wrapped up our annual user conference, Dude University. It is always an engaging and insightful time with our clients – especially this year with 80+ sessions (1/3 of those client-led) and over 1,200 attendees gathering virtually.

At each Dude University, we take the chance to give our clients a peek behind the curtain on some of our products and share where we will be taking them in the future. As you might expect, these are some of our most attended and exciting presentations. We love these classes as it gives us a chance to talk about the future of our products and the intersection of a few things:

  1. The product ideas and pains we’ve heard from you, our clients
  2. Market trends and changes we are seeing
  3. New technologies we can take advantage of

Below are some of the key takeaways from a presentation hitting on the future of TheWorxHub™.

Note: All items below are initiatives that our product team is currently researching. However, this does not guarantee that it will end up within the product or on the technology roadmap.

The Future of TheWorxHub

TheWorxHub is a cloud-based, all-in-one platform designed to ease the burden on healthcare operations managers. By using TheWorxHub, you can improve compliance and safety, reduce the need for siloed solutions, enhance data visibility and gain predictive insights for preventive maintenance all in one centralized place.

Here are some key items below that were mentioned in our presentation:

1. Help resource center

Dude Solutions already has a robust help site. But, right after Dude University, we brought this right into TheWorxHub, providing all the help and training content right where you need it.

This will:

  • Help new employees get properly onboarded with walk-throughs
  • Provide searchable lists of relevant training videos
  • Give users the ability to access the Help Site directly within TheWorxHub
  • Alert users with red badges when there are new updates or events

2. Resident census sync

We have been hard at work on this resident census sync for our senior living clients. The goal is for you to have the ability to import data exports from your Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems into TheWorxHub to keep your resident data up to date. This would provide you with a more streamlined process for fee-for-service billing and personalizing your resident experience.

3. ATG integration

ATG is a tool that many hospital clients utilize to help manage EOC rounding, compliance and risk. Within TheWorxHub, we will soon enable ATG connect to TheWorxHub in order to trigger corrective work order deficiencies when an EOC round or life safety inspection finding arises.

  • This will help your workflow since: Corrective templates can be unique to a site or standardized by corporate
  • Triggered work can be pre-approved as a work order and skip the request stage
  • Triggered work can activate round robin team assignments

4. Satisfaction survey templates

We know how important it is to ensure you are meeting yur stakeholders’ needs – whether it be employees or residents. That is why we have invested in building satisfaction survey templates.

This will allow you to leverage or customize our pre-built survey templates to better serve your stakeholders.

These templates will include five rating scale style questions and will give you the ability to automate the sending of these surveys after work orders are completed.

Overall, we’re excited about how our software is growing and changing to meet today’s demands – and we hope you are, too.
